Step 3 — Artwork Proof & Approval
Once we receive your order details and artwork, our in-house designers will prepare a free artwork proof and send it to you via WhatsApp or email for approval. This typically takes 1–2 working days.
Please review the proof carefully and confirm:
- ✅ Logo size, placement, and orientation are correct
- ✅ Text content is accurate (company name, tagline, contact number)
- ✅ Colours are as specified
Once you approve the proof, we proceed to the next step. No changes can be made after production begins.
Step 4 — Payment
Upon artwork approval, we'll issue a proforma invoice. Payment terms are:
