To ensure your logo and artwork print accurately and at the highest quality on your custom bag order, please read the following artwork requirements carefully before submitting your files. If you have any questions, WhatsApp our team — we're happy to guide you through the process.

⚠️ Important: Low-resolution JPG or PNG files (below 150 DPI) are not accepted for any printing method. Submitting a low-res file will result in blurry, pixelated prints — we will request a replacement file before proceeding.
Silkscreen Printing — Specific Requirements
- ✅ Vector files only — Adobe Illustrator (.ai), .eps, or vector PDF
- ✅ All text must be converted to outlines/curves — fonts must not be embedded as live text (to avoid font substitution issues)
- ✅ Pantone Solid Coated colour codes required — provide the exact Pantone code for each colour in your design (e.g. Pantone 186 C for red)
- ✅ Separate each colour on its own layer — this helps our production team set up screens accurately
- ❌ No gradients, shadows, or transparency — silkscreen printing uses solid ink layers; these effects cannot be reproduced
- ❌ Raster images (JPG, PNG, BMP) are not accepted for silkscreen production
Colour Limit for Silkscreen
Standard silkscreen printing supports 1–4 spot colours. Each additional colour beyond the base price incurs an extra charge — please refer to our printing price list for details. If your artwork has more than 4 colours or uses gradients, we recommend heat transfer, DTF, or sublimation printing instead.
Heat Transfer, DTF & Sublimation — Specific Requirements
- ✅ High resolution is critical — minimum 150 DPI at the actual print size. A file that looks fine on screen may print blurry at bag size if resolution is too low
- ✅ CMYK colour mode preferred — please convert artwork to CMYK before sending. RGB files will be converted by our team, which may result in slight colour variation
- ✅ Background transparency for DTF & heat transfer — if you want the bag fabric colour to show through around your design, provide a PNG file with a transparent background
- ✅ Full-bleed designs for sublimation — sublimation can cover the full print area; ensure your artwork fills the entire print area without white borders if you want edge-to-edge coverage
- ⚠️ Colour accuracy note — due to the nature of fabric printing, final colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We recommend requesting a physical sample for colour-critical orders

For silkscreen printing, the standard base price includes 20% ink coverage within A4 size. Designs exceeding this coverage area will incur additional charges — please WhatsApp us if you are unsure whether your artwork falls within the standard coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions — Artwork
Q: Can I send my logo as a JPG or PNG for silkscreen printing?
A: No — silkscreen printing requires vector files only (.ai, .eps, or vector PDF). JPG and PNG are raster formats and cannot be used for silkscreen production. If you only have a JPG/PNG logo, our design team can re-trace it into a vector file for you at no charge as part of our free design service.
Q: How do I know if my file is a vector?
A: A true vector file can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Common vector formats include .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, and .svg. If you zoom into the file and the edges remain sharp (not pixelated), it is likely a vector. PDF files can be either vector or raster — send it to us and we'll check.
Q: What Pantone colour code should I use?
A: Pantone Solid Coated (e.g. Pantone 186 C) is the standard for fabric printing. If you're unsure of your brand's Pantone code, send us your logo and we'll match the closest available Pantone colour.
Q: My logo has a gradient — can it be silkscreened?
A: Gradients cannot be reproduced with silkscreen printing. If your artwork has gradients, we recommend heat transfer, DTF, or sublimation printing instead. WhatsApp us to discuss the best option for your design.
Q: Will the printed colour exactly match my screen?
A: Screen colours (RGB) and printed colours (CMYK/Pantone) are different colour systems, so slight variations are normal. For colour-critical orders, we recommend providing a Pantone code and/or requesting a physical sample proof before bulk production.
Q: I don't have any artwork file — can you design it for me?
A: Yes — our free design service covers basic artwork preparation. Send us your logo (any format), text requirements, and any design references, and our team will create a print-ready proof for your approval.
